We will put you up in either a A condo or a townhouse. Both are 1200 sq ft, 3 BR, 2 BA and are fully furnished and equipped including free high speed internet. Located in Kissimmee, about 20 minutes from the Orlando airport.

The Condo: Great Orlando area location. Just 6 miles to the entrance to the Disney complex. Within 2 miles are numerous restaurants and shops. This condo has 3 BR, 2 BA, is 1,200 sq ft, is fully equipped and furnished including 3 TVs, and fully equipped kitchen. Pack light when you come to this condo as there is a full size clothes washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom #2 contains a queen size bed, and bedroom #3 contains 2 single beds. In addition, the sofa can be converted to a double bed. This well maintained complex includes heated swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis court, play ground, bar-b-que pit, picnic area, and clubhouse. 1 hour drive to the world famous Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space complex.

The Townhouse: New, non-smoking vacation villa is minutes away from everything Orlando/Kissimmee has to offer!  The entrance to Disney is just 5 miles. This is a upscale townhouse located in a gated community that offers the benefits of resorts with the added comfort of a spacious 1,200 square foot townhouse. This three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse includes: living room with cable TV and DVD, dining room, kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, master bath with Jacuzzi tub, and TV. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds with a TV in each of these bedrooms. Pack light as this villa has a clothes washer and dryer.
